Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Noru Cab, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and drivers.
1. Free Cancellation
- Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
- For outstation bookings, cancellations made 3 hours before the scheduled time are free.
2. Cancellation Charges
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 1 hour before pickup) may be subject to a cancellation fee of ₹100 or 10% of the ride fare, whichever is higher.
- If the driver has already reached the pickup location and the ride is canceled, a minimum charge will apply.
- No refunds for cancellations made after the trip has started.
3. No-Show Policy
- If the passenger does not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and is unresponsive, the ride will be marked as a no-show, and cancellation charges may apply.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Online payments will be refunded via the original payment method.
- If a refund request is denied, the customer will be informed with a valid reason.
5. Exceptions
- If a ride is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances like a natural disaster, political unrest, or vehicle breakdown, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
