Welcome to Noru Cab! By using our taxi services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a ride.

1. Booking & Confirmatio

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A ride is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and type of ride.
• Any additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, or waiting charges will be added to the final fare.
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment methods as agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is available if done at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
• A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the driver has reached the pickup location.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances in the cab is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be chargeable.

5. Driver & Service Responsibility

• Our drivers follow all safety and traffic regulations.
• Noru Cab is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of driver misconduct or service issues, please report to our customer support immediately.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Noru Cab is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the ride.
• We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages beyond our control.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Passenger information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.
• We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Noru Cab reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
